First time posting pics...

I don't have many posts here, but I have been reading the forums for a while, and this looked like the perfect place to get some feedback. I guess you can call these "during " pictures. I have messed around with weights for a long time, but in the last year I have really started to get serious about my training.
Right now I'm 6', 230lbs.

Comments/Critiques are welcome.

Looking great bud!

Paul looking great!! The workouts are certainly paying off. How come you haven't posted a frontal shot? Hmmm I think you should. At any rate looking good mister :D

Thanks for all the comments.

Last time I did measurements on mybodycomp.com a few months ago, my estimated bf% was 18%. I think it may be a little lower now, maybe 16%

I'll try to get some front shots up one day soon. I took a few and didn't really like the way they came out.

Cool Paul. Looking really good. I woul hit the chest a little harder and maybe the shoulders, to create a little more balance. Looking at the big picture though you are doing great. Good job Paul :D

Thanks for the suggestions. I know I need to hit my chest a little harder, and the traps could use some work too. I guess that's why I didn't want to post the front shot in the first place.

But posting only shots that i'm happy with is not a good way to get a critique. I'll work on my problem areas and try to post some updated shots in a few months.

Excatly bro.

The best way to get critiqued is to post pics up so that people you don't know can give you advice. Most friends/relatives etc...that know and like/love you, are just going to tell you what you want to hear that everything looks good.

We are here to help you succeed with your goals.

I prefer that people give me a really bad crituqe and maybe hurt my ego a little, makes me want to train harder to show them that i can.
