new to the fourms

Hi there, my name is KC, and I'm from Quebec Canada. I am a full time college student studying in Police Foundations.
I used to be active untill I fell in love. 4 years later the relationship is over and all my hard work during high school and city football went to my gut.
Well now that I'm single again and looking forward to becoming a police officer, I want to regain my musucle and crado, x2.
Well I hope there will be plenty of usefull threads here for me to remember everything I used to know about heath and workin out.

Welcome aboard. Nice to have another Canadian on board. Good luck with your studies, I know it is a challenging program. Hope you get back on track and get healthy again.Its nice to have fellow emergency worker on here :D
 
Ok, I'll start over.

I haven't logged on this site in a while cause my girl from the long term relationship and I got back together. Well guess what.:mad:
I stopped workin out again.
Heres alittle about her, shes hard corps heath and workoutahlic.
She goes to the gym at lest 4 to 5 times a week and does kickboxing twice a week. I used to be in shape and active. Well after 2 months of being back together, guess what? we're on a brake. She says she doesn't have the drive anymore. There is another things in the story that we chose not to talk about to anyone.
Anyway, Now i'm even more hard corp to get off my but and get in shape.
I've gotten together with my sisters bf, big and works out to go to the gym with me.

I start my new semester last week of aug, and was planing on begining my work out there at the gym. well the so called "brake" pushed me to start 2 weeks early.

I also and thinking of playing football again and contacted local leagues about age catagories.

anyway. I'll try and find a host for pics and post pics as I go one with my program.

I have alot of other forums to visit too;) I own a jeep, so that takes alot of my time:p
 
Update:
Well I lost the the end of September and the begining of October.
Had a cold, got better, woke up with a wisdom tooth infection the next day,
got put on med's then got the bad tooth pulled.


GOD, will it end.
Planing on returning to the gym next week or so.

My arms shrunk back to what they where.:(

But watch me go when I get back in teh gym:D
 
I'm actualy trying to get a team to run a 1/2 marathon with me in may.
I volunteer with army cadets so i thought they could take the chance to promote the army cadet movement by forming a team and running:D
hope I get the go.
 
update: June 2 2007

Alright, so..
The Marathon team idea didn't turn out, I had to leave cadets due to some bad events...
BUT....
Screw them, I ran it alone. haha.

My sorry but didn't train for it at all, but I finished it.
Couldn't walk for 2 days.
Next year I plan to kill my time by at lest 50 minutes.

The marathon really put me in the mind set to start running and stuff, now that the marathon is over, I plan to hit the gym once I get the next paycheck.

I'll be posting pics.
