Cravings???

hey every1 is there ne1 that can help me.....i was wondering when on a diet when you will not have a lot of calories throughout the day and cut back on a lot of junk food....you will always get a craving. If there are days where u give in and say have a bag of skittles with a lot of calories in it...will that ruin ur diet

two things ive heard...one is its ok to like once a week eat something that will not really be part of ur diet..but like only one meal...personallyi agree i think it helps. also the other thing i heard is that if u have a craving drink two large glasses of water and the craving goes away...also have tried this...for me it works.

if your asking about how to prevent cravings, i find greentea works really great... especially chugging down a cup.. feel so not want to eat anything after

cucumber... its crunchy... you can eat a lot of it for very little calories...

is very heavy...

Also drink water... hunger can actually be triggered by dehryration...

Yes you will probably always have cravings... its what you do with them that is key... change your impulses... I personally go grab a giant glass of water... like tryin2bafitmoma...

after a while you they don't seam so anoying or strong... you get use to it.. .like oh I'm feeling hungry... its 10:45... only 45 minutes more until I go do my workout... then lunch... cool I can make it... I'll grab a small glass of water...

OR

you ate at 12:00 and its 2:00 and you are hungry... hmm... maybe you ate food that was to sugary and now you are comming down from the sugar and it is making you hungry... or you didn't eat enough and you are hungry... 1 try some water... if 30 minutes later you are hungry... eat something (IMHO if you don't you will over do it at dinner... or I do)... but something good... perferably local... high chewing... I like... chopped celery with tuna... or... 1/2 a cucumber... or... 1/2 cup all bran cereal... (tastes blah but it fills you up)...

Good luck... and remember... if you are hungy you are loosing weight (not sure how true it is but that is what I tell myself)... if you are eating reduced calories and you aren't hungry ever then... you are probably eating too little.. just my experience...

thanks

thanks every1 i really appreciate it....i'm so glad there are people that also agree with each other and have similiar views....i will most deffintly try this out thanks again
