I would have said otherwise if it was a bad program.

well i try this program out for a month .. see what my results are

thanks guys

Just on a side note ... what you eat is gonna determine much of your results as well

but that is what its like with every routine though ..
its weird though .. doesnt seem like it hits the back that much

im gonna see where i am after a month or so ..
funny thing is eating is my problem .. unless i can eat whatever

should i not be doing any cardio while doing this ?? cuz i wanna drop my body fat somewhat

do cardio for your heart, not to burn off the weight :)

2-3 sessions, no more than 40 mins per session...whatever gets the heart rate up.

i was thinking bout spinning .. what do u guys think.. i heard its pretty intense

also one thing about this routine ..

he says to try to go up about 2.5% each workout .. does that mean
u just add a 2.5lb weight to one side .. since that is the smallest weights my gym has ? does it matter that one side will have more weight than the other

also for workout b .. u have a choice of pendlay rows .. bent over rows or powercleans .. i have never done powercleans before but it looks to be a better more compound exercise than the other 2 .. im gonna have a friend teach me the form ..

also does this routine hit enough back ?

2.5% is not 2.5 lbs. Take what weight you're working at and multiply it by 2.5% and add that much weight.

Point is if you don't have the calories to build muscle, then you're lacking the materials for growth. You're over worrying about all this. Eat, work hard, rest when needed, and be patient; the rest will take care of itself.

If you spend too much time worrying about each program and boucing around, you'll never really get started and your progress will be slow and stale. It's a good program; start working it.
