Muslce question

I would like to know if I should work out one specific muscle per day..like I want to start working on my abs, biceps, triceps chest and lower body, so should I do each of these in a different day or should I do all of them in one day?thanks

if you are a beginner (which im assuming you are if you are asking this question) you should really focus on doing a full body workout 3 times a week. Isolating muscles, if you dont know what you are doing, will almost always lead to overtraining some, and undertraining others.

focus on big compound lifts that work multiple muscles. e.g. Deadlift, Squat, Bench Press, Chin ups, Rows, Military Press, etc.

hehe thanks...again

My friend tried working on his upper body 3 times a week and lower body once. It ended up that he had legs like sticks but an upper body which put most peoples to shame. Just work on everything.

this question is kinda hard to answer. there are way too many variables. How clean your diet is, how many calories you take in, how many you burn in a day, if your body type allows for fast gains which is determined mostly by genetics.

There is no right answer. I mean, you may notice results after the first time you workout, or it might take a month or two before you see something visible.
