Well lets see, im Jared. They say I look like the subway jared...after the diet lol.
Ive really fallen out of the habit of fitness and being in shape. I am 21 now. Back when I was 17-19 I ran cross country and could run miles and miles on end. Ive fallen out and lets say there is a little buddha belly a growin.
Im 6'3" 175lbs, 16.5% body fat. Now it may sound decent but my frame is really small. I have small wrists and ankles (runners body). But I do really have a belly.
I gave up on working out because I was getting discouraged. My first year in college, I lifted weights every day of the week except weekends. I took protein out to ying yang. But I never gained weight or lost weight. I was 160 and could bench press 225 and could run a 5k in 15mins. But I never looked like I could. Ive always stayed skinny arms and legs and a little belly. So at that point I gave up. But I am tired of being winded after a mile. So I decided to pick it up and get going again!!
