westside mod program for skinny bastards

hey, i wanted to include hiits in lieu of sports day in this program. so
mon-upper me
tues-rest
wed-lower ME
thurs-rest
fri- upper de
sat-rest
sun-rest


im fine with the program, as a professional reccomends it for skinny bastards(you don't have to be skinny, or an athlete as well, if u wanna pack some mass).

i just have one question. when should i include my hiit intervals? immediately after the lifting, the alt days? if on the alt day, in the morning or the evening?



ps: i highly reccomend using this program. it seems as though it should work to gain mass, i just started yesterday. let's see how it goes. also, go to ask joe and artciles section on this website...interesting stuff

how can you highly recommend it, if you've only started it yesterday?

As far as when to do HIIT its probably best to do it on offdays, but if thats not doable, always do your cardio after the weights.
