Body Tremors?

hey fellows..
I just turned 25, have been lifting for 3 months.

recently i started to increase the amount of weights and reps. since then i have been experiencing Tremors in my legs, shoulders and arms. (basicly when i am sitting on a table and relax my legs, i feel vibrations at the hamstrings or some other parts of body..)

just wondering if any one had experienced, and are they just temporary?
 
I get something similar when I'm actually lifting, but not resting.

Occasionally I get some weird shaking in my legs if I've done say a fast long swim in the morning.

If none of this applies, I'd suggest airing on the side of caution and taking a trip to your doctor.
