Newbie signing in...

Hi all,

I found this forum using Google, as I have been getting into fitness and find that forums are a good way of getting practical information. So here I am.

About me: I've been working out for just over a year now, and have dropped from 344 lbs to around 270 lbs in that time frame, just using a food plan and exercise. I hit the gym five days a week, to do a mix of classes, cardio and strength training - which of course has produced the change noted above. But being a newbie (or not), I know there's always more to learn. So here I be.
