critique my routine please

I've come up with a weekly workout routine, if anyone can gimme any advice on how to improve it or anything, I'd really appreciate it.
Monday: Chest/Tricep
Tuesday: Abs/HIIT
Wednsday: Back/Biceps
Thursday: Abs/HIIT
Friday: Shoulders/Legs
I preceed all my workouts with about 5 minutes of stretching, 20 pushups, 40 situps, and a 5-10 minute walk uphill to the gym. Monday/Wednsday/Friday I end my workouts with about 20 minutes of light to moderate cardio. When I work weights I do 3 to 4 excercises per muscle group, 2 sets of 10, then 1 set of 8 at a heavier weight, then 1 set of 6 on a weight I can barely do. i do my HIIT excercise on the stationary bike. I start off with 4 minutes of warmup, then i alternate between 30 seconds of a moderate rate and 30 seconds of going as fast as I can, and end it with around 6 minutes of cooldown. Thats my weekly routine, if I did something wrong or if anyone can help me improve my workout please tell me. Thx
PS: Sorry about the long post.

Its ok, but what exercises are you doing?

I knew I forgot something. I do:
Chest: Dumbell press, inclined dumbell press, dumbell fly, inclied dumbell fly
Tricep: Skullcrushers, closed grip bench press, tricep pulldown
Back: Deadlift, bent over barbell row, seated cable row, lateral pulldown
Bicep: barbell curls, alternating dumbell curls
Shoulders: seated dumbell press, lateral raises, front dumbell raises, upright barbell row
Legs: Squats, calve raises
Abs: Weighted situps
My goal right now is to gain as much strength and endurance as I can without going over 180lbs, since I'm only 6'1". Im currently 19 and 168lbs.

Sounds pretty good.
The few things I would change: pullups instead of the pulldowns, and vary your grip.
Also try put in some shrugs, maybe switch them out with the upright rows every so often. Lastly, don't stick to the exact same thing every single week, your body will just get use to it, tweak little things.

If you're trying to gain, by far the most important part is your diet, if you have that in check, you should see some good results with this.

Can I ask why you don't want to go over 180?

180lbs sounds a little heavy for me, like I said I'm only 6'1".

Oh ok, well I guess it depends how much is fat and muscle etc, personally I don't think 180 is much for 6'1". You could easily be heavier than that and still be lean with a good amount of muscle. I'm a little below 180 and I'm only 5'8'
