plus 2 protein shakes at around 150 calories each.

at the gym i did half hour bicep/shoulders, half hour abs, and 20 mins interval running. what do you think? i weigh 140 ish pounds so am guessing i need about a 3rd more protein, but it feels like im overeating as it is!

im looking to be athletic and toned rather than bulk up, but always feel like im eating too much.

thanks

sorry guys the way that came out makes the number unreadable.

it goes protein fat sat fats calories

the bottom numbers are totals

ta.

I would be eating lots more. I get like 3000 calories a day. And like 200g's of protein. and I weigh 160, did weigh 140 about 2 months ago. :)

My first glance would lead me to believe your fat intake is a little high and your protien is a little low. Get the numbers for carbs up there for us to look at also.

At 140lbs if you are looking to put on mass and are hitting the gym hard with the right exercises. You are going to want 140+ g of protien and try to keep your fat intake to as to 20% as possible. You have a higher metabolism at your age so the fat will not be as much of a problem as it wouldbe for someone older like me. You need fat but not in equal amounts to your protien.

Hope that helps some.
