Advice please

I was looking into a diet supplement called Quick Slim, can anyone give me any feedback??? HELP! desperately trying to loose 30 lbs. I'm 5"3" 145lbs!
 
What does your diet and training routine look like?
 
I'm just recently getting back into the game. I am doing cardio(30mnts) Pilates(20mnt), Toning (30 mnts) about 5 x's a week. My diet consist of vegies, lean meats, skim milk, fruits, lots of water, green tea. I'm only 5"3" weight is about 145lbs. I used to be able to keep my weight at 130lbs. Now I feel horrible!
 
Im not a believer in anything but hard work and patience. If you can provide more detailed info like how may times a day you eat, what your meals look like, your body fat %, your current detailed routine, how long you have been doing that routine, etc... people on the board can help you out a bit more.

Just remember that once you start taking something... as soon as you stop... you gain weight :(
 
Trainer Lyn said correctly.........hard work and patience. But I feel that that hard work needs to be something that can be a lifestyle, becasue if you bust your butt for 3 months and reach your goal..........and then go back to what you were doing before (because what you did to reach your goal was an impossible lifestyle to maintain).......guess what........your body will return to the old you very quickly, and chances are with a bit more weight for all your trouble.
 
Thanks, Fit1 - that's exactly what I was thinking. I've made small changes that I can keep with. I'm not getting fast drastic results and am fine with it.

Goal, what is "toning"? Are you doing any strength training?

I'm about the same size/level of extra weight that you are (5'4" but started at 153 lbs; down to 143, more to go... also shooting for 130s and below)

Im also 31 is old
5"3
125 lbs
and I want 100 less...well I want try Hoodiavex...
