thecomplex - my gym uses BIA (bioelectrical impedence analysis) rather than calipers to test BF% so, I have to assume that it is reasonably accurate. They make you lay on the floor and attach nodes to your hand and foot. I also have some BMI scales at home - I dont think they are very accurate but, I only use them to ensure that my BF% is going down rather than up. AT the gym, I get tested once a month.
manofkent - lol, I do know where you're coming from and, after the summer, that is exactly what I intend to do. For now though, I'm ashamed to admit that I'm driven by vanity and I want to cut for the summer. So, instead of a year, I'll aim for cut & huge in a year and a half
Chocolate - Thanks. The band is a Livestrong band. The original Lance Armstron Foundation supporting people dealing with cancer. Whats yours for?
