Os cuento, lo cierto es qué aunque llevo bastante en contacto con el mundo del deporte ultimamente he cogido unos kilos de más (bastantes) y he decidido dar un vuelco a mi estilo de vida. LLevo 3 meses entrenando de forma seria y controlando muy mucho la alimentación. Lo cierto es qué he ganado bastante volumen pero no consigo progresar tan rápido como esperaba en la bajada de grasas.
