Tengo 16 años para 17 y he pensado en hacer esta rutina que dura 5 meses creeis que se notarían mejoras en mi físico ? Corregidme si hay cosas que esten mal.
Haría la rutina completa los lunes, miercoles y viernes.

Nada estricto, simplemente no comer cosas tipo chocolate, bolleria industrial y demas, es decir, comer sano
