L-Glutamina

¿Alguien me puede decir si la toma para antes en el batido pre-entrenamiento? Tengo esa única duda... gracias!
 
Hay mil post de este tema, te recomiendo modern bcaa en vez de glutamina, trae aminoácidos esenciales y glutamina.

A ver quiero dejar claro que a parte de la L-glutamina tomo más suplementación... y que la estoy empezando a tomar ahora para la fase definición, me lo ha recomendado varias fuentes en el mundo del fitness (entrenadores personales y demás...). Si que es verdad que desconocía el artículo que ha puesto Asturpercelticu. Gracias a todos por vuestra ayuda, un saludo.
 
Me acabo de enterar que las espinacas son muy ricas en glutamina ajja

Todas las noches me zampo una ensalada con espinacas, de lujo pues.

Creo que debe de existir algun error en el servidor y se cruzan los mensajes con el resto de paises. No es la primera vez que pasa en los ultimos dias.
