My wife uses this 70s recipe from her aunt in Chicago whenever we have a family gathering. Pretty simple and always popular! (the food, not my wife!)
Ingredients
- 10 hard boiled eggs with shells removed
 - 6 tablespoons reduced fat mayonnaise
 - 3 tablespoons light salad cream
 - 1 teaspoon piccalilli
 - Pinch of smoked paprika
 - Sea salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
 
Instruction
- Halve eggs with a sharp knife
 - Carefully remove yolks and place in bowl
 - Add mayonnaise, salad cream and piccalilli to bowl of egg yolks, then blend with wooden spoon until even consistency
 - Add salt and pepper to taste
 - Place mixture into piping bag with large nozzle
 - Pipe mixture into halved egg whites
 - Place onto serving dish
 - Dust with paprika
 - Try not to eat them before serving!
