Soft cabbage pancakes
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup Bengal gram flour
 - 1 cup grated cabbage
 - 1 onion, chopped (optional)
 - 2 green chillies, chopped
 - 1 tsp turmeric powder
 - 1/2 tsp crushed cumin seeds
 - 1/2 tsp grated ginger
 - 2 tbsp chopped coriander
 - salt to taste
 - oil for cooking
 
Instruction
- In a bowl combine all the ingredients and make a thick batter using water.
 - Heat and grease a non stick pan.
 - Spread a quarter of the batter to make a 2mm.thick pancake.
 - Cook on both sides till golden brown.
 - Repeat with the remaining batter to make 3 more pancakes.
 - Serve hot.
