Soft cabbage pancakes

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup Bengal gram flour
  • 1 cup grated cabbage
  • 1 onion, chopped (optional)
  • 2 green chillies, chopped
  • 1 tsp turmeric powder
  • 1/2 tsp crushed cumin seeds
  • 1/2 tsp grated ginger
  • 2 tbsp chopped coriander
  • salt to taste
  • oil for cooking

Instruction

  1. In a bowl combine all the ingredients and make a thick batter using water.
  2. Heat and grease a non stick pan.
  3. Spread a quarter of the batter to make a 2mm.thick pancake.
  4. Cook on both sides till golden brown.
  5. Repeat with the remaining batter to make 3 more pancakes.
  6. Serve hot.
