DESAYUNO:Zumo de naranja natural+Tazón de cereales de Kellogs con leche desnatada+Dos tostadas de pan integral con aceite.
MEDIA MAÑANA:Una pieza de fruta.
COMIDA:Algo de carne o pescado a la plancha(suele ser carne,de pollo)+arroz blanco o verduras salteadas+un yoghurt o pieza de fruta.
MERIENDA:Fruta,vaso de leche o yoghurt.
CENA:Suele ser casi siempre un pescado blanco+verduras+un yoghurt
