Buenas a todos, soy nuevo en este foro (exactamente me acabo de inscribir ahora) y me agrado la cantidad de respuestas que uno obtiene al tener una duda.
Luego de leer todo lo correspondiente que encontre en el foro, sobre La Proteinas y la Creatina, que viene a ser mi duda, no puden centrarme en una sola conclusion debido a que siempre existen diversos puntos de vista, es por esto que abro el debate para llegar a un conclusion especifica. para ello y para lograr ser mas puntuales detalleré a continuacion los componente de mi rpoteina y de mi creatina para asi obtener resultados mas precisos y favorables.
quiseria ver si no existe algun problema en tomarlos conjuntamente, tambien la forma de como tomarlos (cuántas veces al dia, qué cantidad, que frecuencia, con que mezclarlo), cada que tiempo tomarlo, si primero la creatina despues o cuando la proteina, sabiendo que ire al gimnasio todos los dias a partir de las 7pm, de lunes a sabados, mi peso es 84kg y mido 1.92. En detalle saber la forma de como combinarlos de la mejor forma para obtener el mejor resultados.
