Pero o entrenas como un campeon ó para mi que tiras aminoacidos por un tubo.
Animal Pack: Polivitaminico ( para mi el mejor ) yo prefiero tomarlo antes de entrenar su combinacion de ginseng me da el punto para entrenar mas lijero + aminoacidos.
A. NItro: Mas aminos
Proteina despues de entrenar: Mas aminos
Creo que son demasiados, a no ser que peses 100 kg ó mas

Pues decir de este pack que yo tomaba el A-Pak con el desayuno (según recomendación de fabricante) y si te fijas en el aminograma del A-Pak:

Esto es
por servicio, cuando el servicio en el A-Pak consta de 2 paks (serving size 2 packs), osea que si tomas 1 pack estos porcentajes se reducen a la mitad.
Luego si entrenas por la tarde y te tomas el A-Nitro: servicio=2 paks, y este es el aminograma:

Asi que solo tenemos que en total son 4995mg por servicio (osea 2 paks) y al igual que el A-Pak, si tomas solo un pack este procentaje se reduce nuevamente a la mitad.
Entonces ¿dónde está el exceso de aminos?
