whole wheat roma tomato pizza

this delicious pizza is low calorie and lowfat. its very easy to make and the name describes exactly what to expect

Ingredients

  • *2 low carb whole wheat tortillas
  • (using small low carb wraps cuts down on calories and its still very good!! i use Baja brand low carb whole wheat flour tortillas that have 70 calories each)
  • *2 roma tomatoes (sliced)
  • *1/4 cup prego organic tomato and basil sauce
  • *1/3 cup lowfat mozzarella fancy shredded cheese
  • *dash of black pepper, chili powder, garlic powder
  • *dash of lowfat parmesaen cheese

Instruction

  1. 1. preheat oven to 425F
  2. 2. lightly grease baking sheet (pam)
  3. 3. layout tortillas on baking sheet
  4. 4. slice tomatoes and place onto tortillas
  5. 5. spread prego sauce onto tortillas evenly
  6. 6. sprinkle mozzarella cheese over tortillas evenly
  7. 7. spice your pizza with your favorite spices
  8. 8. once oven is preheated put baking sheet on middle rack for approximately 10 minutes or until crispy and golden
  9. 9. ENJOY!! spinkle on some parmesean cheese too!
