Ingredients
- 16 slices ripe mango, pineapple and/or papaya
 - 4 teaspoons 'lite' coconut milk
 - 2 tablespoons chopped pistachios
 
Instruction
- Place fruit slices on a serving platter. Drizzle with coconut milk and sprinkle with pistachios
