This is a great summer treat or simple dessert for any dinner party.
Ingredients
- 2 cups low-fat milk, soy milk, or skim milk
 - 2 cups frozen raspberries thawed
 - 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
 
Instruction
- In a blender, combine milk, raspberries and vanilla extract.
 - Blend until smooth.
 - Pour mix into a shallow dish or bowl and cover.
 - Freeze until firm.
 - Serve and enjoy!
