This is a low-fat sweet recipe for breakfast or dessert or simply when you're craving for something sweet.
Ingredients
- 1 medium fuji apple, cored and diced
 - 1/2 cup low fat cottage cheese
 - 2 Tbsp raisins
 - 1 oz Genisoy Pralined Soy Nuts
 - 1/8 tsp cinnamon
 - 1 packet Splenda (1g)
 
Instruction
- Put all ingredients in a medium-sized bowl and gently toss. Serve immediately.
