Chicken with Oregano and Mushrooms

Chicken with Oregano and Mushroom is a healthy and nutritious main course.

Ingredients

  • 3-4 Chicken Breast - boneless, skinless
  • 1/4 C olive oil
  • 1/2 C Onion, chopped
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp pepper
  • 3 cloves garlic, diced
  • 1/2 C chicken broth
  • 8 oz package mushrooms

Instruction

  1. Brown chicken slowly in oil
  2. Add onion
  3. Cook until soft drain and season chicken with salt and pepper
  4. Add oregano, garlic broth and mushrooms
  5. Scrape bottom of pan to loosen browned bits
  6. Cover and cook over low heat 30 minutes
