Goes great with any meat plus its almost zero in fat! (Adapted from Campbell Soup Company)
Ingredients
- 1 stalk celery, sliced
 - 1/2 tsp salt
 - 1/2 c onions, chopped
 - 1 c chicken broth
 - 6 ozs Pepperidge Farm herb stuffing
 - 3/4 c water
 - 1/2 tsp black pepper
 
Instruction
- Preheat oven to 325. Prepare a 11" x 7" casserole dish with cooking spray; set aside. In a large saucepan, cook celery and onions until tender. Add stuffing, black pepper, and salt. Mix well.
 - Gradually pour in chicken broth and water until stuffing is slightly moistened. Place mixture into prepared dish. Bake for 30 minutes, or until heated through
