Great to be served with pita chips!Very low in calories and fat.
Ingredients
- 1 (16-ounce) package frozen black-eyed peas
 - 1/2 cup diced sweet red pepper
 - 1/2 cup sliced green onions
 - 1/4 cup minced fresh cilantro or parsley
 - 3 Tbl cider vinegar
 - 3 Tbl fat-free Italian dressing
 - 1/4 tsp salt
 - 1/4 tsp hot sauce
 - 1/8 tsp pepper
 - 1 clove garlic, minced
 
Instruction
- Cook peas according to package directions, omitting salt and fat; drain. Combine peas with remaining ingredients. Cover; chill at least 8 hours. Serve with pita chips
