Apple Cider Vinaigrette

Very low in fat and calories Vinaigrette!

Ingredients

  • ¼ cup cider vinegar
  • ½ cup light apple juice
  • 4 tbsp shallots, chopped
  • 3 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 4 tsp grape seed oil
  • ½ tsp lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon salt

Instruction

  1. Add all ingredients in a shaker container and shake well. Best after setting for a few hours in the refrigerator. Will keep for several weeks.
