Ingredients

  • 1 lb lean ground beef
  • 1 tbls dehydrated onion flakes
  • 1 tbls beef bouillon granuals
  • 1 small can tomato sauce
  • 2 beaten eggs
  • 1/2 cup old fashioned oatmeal, dry

Instruction

  1. Mix all ingredients in a large bowl.
  2. Shape into a loaf
  3. Bake in a shallow pan for 60 minutes at 375F.
