Commonly known as Cilantro, Coriander is a common herb found in Southwest Asia, and North Africa.
All parts of this plant are edible, but the leaves and seeds are most commonly used for cooking. Coriander can be found in many Vietnamese foods, Asian chutneys, Mexican salsas, guacamole, and sushi rolls. Coriander seeds are also essential for many Indian curries, and breads.
