Use stale bread to make delicious bread pudding

Ingredients

  • 4 1/2 cups stale whole wheat bread cubes
  • 4 eggs, beaten
  • 2 cups vanilla almond milk
  • 1 cup silk creamer
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp. nutmeg
  • 1/4 tsp. salt

1. Spray a 2=quart baking dish
