Dissolve yeast with 1/4 cup warm water in a bowl. Add sugar; stand for 5 minutes. Add the oil, salt, remaining water and 2 cups of flour; beat until smooth. While stirring add enough remaining flour to form a soft dough., knead about 6 to 8 minutes or until it became smooth and elastic. Place in a greased bowl. Cover and let rise for 40 minutes in a warm place until the size doubled.
Then, pat the dough flat, rest again for 5 minutes. Press into a greased 14-in. pizza pan. Spread with salad dressing. Sprinkle the garlic powder, oregano, thyme and pepper over the dough. Top with cheeses. Bake at 450 degrees F for 15 to 20 minutes or until golden brown. Serve warm.
