Wrist Stretch

Description:

This is a simple wrist stretch.

Instructions:

Stand with your feet shoulder width apart. Both arms should be bent and out in front. Make a downward fist with one hand, and place your other hand over top.

Pull back the clasped hand, with the one on top. Once pulled far enough back hold for 5 seconds and switch hands.
