Neck Rotation Stretch

Description:

This is a great exercise to do after a workout or during a break at work.

Instructions:

Sit upright on a stability ball or chair. Keep your shoulders relaxed.

Without turning your hips or shoulders, exhale and turn your head to the left.

3

Inhale, coming back to the start position (looking straight ahead). Exhale and turn your head to the right.
