A simple stretch for the hip flexors and buttocks that can be done anywhere.
Kneel on an exercise mat with your right foot out in front of you. Keep your back straight - be careful not to lean forward or backward during this stretch.
Keeping your back straight, bend your right knee until you feel a stretch in the front of your left hip. You may also feel a stretch in your right buttocks. Repeat with your left foot out in front. Hold for at least 20-30 seconds. Repeat at least twice for each leg.
