Side and Arm Stretch on the Exercise Ball

Description:

This exercise stretches the shoulder and side.

Instructions:

Sit upright on a stability ball with your feet just a bit wider than hip width. Make a "U" shape with your arms.

Reach your left hand up toward the ceiling. Return to the start.

Now stretch your right arm up toward the ceiling. Repeat, alternating sides, about 5 - 6 times per side.
