Glutes (Buttocks)

Description:

This is a very simple exercise to strengthen the glutes.

Instructions:

Lie face down on an exercise mat. Bend one knee and engage your core.

Exhale, engage your glutes, and lift the bent leg slightly off of the mat. Ensure that you do not arch your low back. Repeat 8-12 times, then switch legs. Rest, then repeat the entire exercise sequence if desired.
