Full Body Support

Instructions:

Lie on your stomach on a yoga mat. Have your forearms flat on the mat and your toes tucked under.

Engage your abdominals. Lift your body up so that you are making a 'bridge.' Keep your back straight and your eyes looking down to the floor. Hold for 10 - 30 seconds, rest, then repeat 2 - 3 times.
