You can do this stretch almost anywhere - on a ball at home, or on a chair at the office!
Sit up straight, with your shoulders relaxed. Bring your left ear down toward your left shoulder.
Now turn your head so that your nose points toward your left armpit. You should feel a slight stretch in the muscles along the right side of your neck. Hold for 10-15 seconds.
Repeat on the other side. Hold for 10-15 seconds. Repeat this stretch at least twice each way.
