Posterior Leg Raises on BOSU

Description:

Glute and lower back exercise.

Instructions:

Begin by laying face down on the BOSU. The BOSU should be centered under your hips. Rest your hands on the ground under your shoulders.

Slowly raise one leg behind you, towards the ceiling. Hold this position for 5-10 seconds and switch legs. Repeat this exercise 10-15 times per leg.
