Begin by standing upright, feet shoulder width apart, hands at your sides.

Slowly bend forward from the hips, focusing on keeping your back straight.

Continue to band forward from the hips, reaching towards the ground. Hold for 10 to 15 seconds. Return to standing position and repeat.
