Basic Situp on BOSU

Instructions:

Start with the center of your back near the middle of the ball (the small of your back should be about half-way from the top to the rim of the BOSU).

2

With your hands outstretched towards your knee caps, roll forward, pulling with your abs, not your neck. Bring your hands just past your knees and then back down.
