One Arm Front Raise with Band

Description:

This is a simple band exercise to work the the front portion of the deltoids (shoulders).

Instructions:

Start with both feet shoulder width apart on tube, arms at your sides, hands grasping each handle of the band.

Exhale and lift left arm forward in front of you. Once your arm reaches your shoulder height hold for 2 seconds. Inhale, and slowly release arm back down to start position.

Switch arms and do the same for one complete rep.
