This is one of the most effective and simplest calf stretches.
Start this stretch with your hands and feet on the mat. Arms should be stretched out in front of you, and legs at a 120 degree angle with the rest of your body. Bend your left leg and curl your foot around the outside of your right leg's ankle. Try to keep the right heel flat on the floor. If it's too easy, walk forward a bit on your hands till you're higher up on your toes. Hold stretch for 10-12 seconds and release.
