Abdominal Stretch (Cobra)

Description:

Simple abdominal stretch.

Instructions:

Start this exercise by lying face down on the mat. Legs should be straight with feet touching, arms slightly bent in front of you, head resting on the mat.

Exhale and lift head off the mat pushing your chest and arms straight out, but palms still resting on the mat. Hold for 3-5 seconds and return to start position.
