Hi everyone!
After being unwell & unable to work out for the past 18 months I have put on 20kgs
I have just been given the all clear, my diet is healthy & I’m keen to get back into some resistance training for weight loss.
I’m happy to lose slowly & steadily & already have my cardio sorted out (swimming & brisk walking)
Can anyone give me a basic idea on what resistance excercises work best for women looking to lose weight?
Perhaps suggest a program?
I am 5’9 and weigh 85kgs.
I would be able to manage 30 minutes per day 3 times a week.
I understand this isn’t as much as everyone here undertakes but I am not looking to get ‘cut’ just lose weight & tone up.
Any help is greatly appreciated.
Tash
