Hey everyone,
I had to get abdominal surgery last week and am looking at doing some simple, non strenuous exercises and working my way back to a full routine. Does anyone have any suggestions as to what I can start off with? My routines tend to be a little intense (marathon training (4x/week) with weights 2x/week), so starting off gently doesn't seem to compute with my mind. My Dr. says I can start gently the beginning of next week and work my way up.
