I am a mother of 5 and physically very fit, but my stomach which I have had for 16 years doesnt want to get tight, despite being hard and fit.
I am fit all over, but you know that loose stomach you get when you give birth? It doesnt want to go. My youngest of my five kids is 5 years old. I must admit though I never did any exercises all those years (because I never did gain weight) - I am 5' 2" and 105 lbs - with lots of muscles.
For the last 3 months, I have been exercising for 5 days a week in the mornings with 40 minutes of bodybuilding followed by 20 minutes of Treadmill
Any advise out there?
