Which creatine gives most bang for the buck?

I heard that I should look for creatine chelate but don't know from which to choose. It should be in powder form and contain none of the crab that gives you a high (like caffeine ugh....). The more natural the better.

thanks

i suggest, since you already know what you're looking for, go to a GNC and start reading labels. thats the only way to know what your getting(in most cases). different products are designed and tailored to meet different people needs to achieve similiar goals. YOU want a natural No-pump powder creatine supplement.

Creatine doesn't provide a pump. It doesn't super hydrate your muscles. That's not the purpose or desired effect at all.

Creatine is used, in conjunction with calcium, to contract your muscles. Nothing more. Creatine supplementation should allow you to get a few more reps in before fatiguing, which could lead to better gains in the long run.
Its not magic stuff...and its why its one of the few things that does actually work (unlike Glutamine, and all the "NO" products).

All you need is 100% pure Creatine Monohydrate, preferably with 'CreaPure' processing stamped on the back. Should be like $16 for 500g

No, it doesn't cause hairloss. Have you even considered the fact that you're growing older, your hormones change, and your hair thins?

Its pretty damn common.

heard it makes your nuts shrivle like raisins if you overdose, and you are better off taking amino acids?

Since creatine isn't a hormone, and has NOTHING to do with your endocrine system, this is straight up false.

Obvious troll is obvious?
